Fueling the body properly is key to any weight loss and strength and conditioning program. Where I think most people get wrong is making little tweaks one step at a time. Most of bad eating habits are exactly that habits. Take your time making small changes in your daily diet and stay on track.

LITTLE THOUGHT RUNNING THREW MY HEAD BEFORE I CALL IT A NIGHT..
Have you tried Crossfit? Have you been exposed to it? Or have you heard how hard it was, how people end up on the floor gasping for air and throwing up?
I believe that Crossfit is for everyone.. Any age, any fitness level. From the soccer mom to the elite athlete. What makes Crossfit incredible is its infinite scalability. Which means EVERYONE CAN DO IT!!
Yes games competitors can be next to a 59 year old man doing a workout scaled to each of their abilities and receive the stimulus they are looking for..
So come on it check it out. Watch a class if you aren't sure about jumping in the mix at first that's cool by us. But not even trying to expose yourself to something so special not only for your physical but mental being is something a lot of people are missing out on..

New Blog to New Year
We've created this blog to keep everyone updated with what is going on with the gym. We will showcasing our workouts, our clients, our new trainers, as well as updates on classes, offers and everything else that we think everyone should know!!
2012 is going to be a huge year for C S&C. We are going to take our facility, knowledge, and trainers to the next level! Allowing us to be the premier training facility in the west suburbs. We are looking to start training more fire and police departments. We want the people that are in charge of saving and protecting us to be in top notch shape. Another focus for us is the youth. We are looking to develop strength and conditioning camps for young athletes of all ages and sports.
